Welcome to Friday, let’s sweep! A handful of digestible bites from this week to prepare us for the fast paced weeks ahead.
Once again in our Seattle + Eastside footprint we were able to prove out that Selling Office Commissions do make a difference for a Seller. We’ve dusted off the #’s around this and prettied them up for conversations with your Seller clients.

Windermere Bridge Loan Program
Windermere is one only real estate companies in Washington that offers a bridge loan program which allows your clients to make a non-contingent offer on a home. It enables buyers to have a more attractive offer and removes the risk of losing their new home while waiting for their current home to sell. This is a unique value proposition that Windermere brokers can use in listing presentations and when marketing themselves to potential clients.
