Welcome to the wrap of another Friday, together! I’m pumped about this one, it’s my  #100 blog post. Thanks for following – you inspire me to write. Ok, back to it – Trivia throw down a complete success last night! We packed The Market Arms in Ballard, fun was had, culture was enjoyed, community was felt, we made a difference and ideas were born – all thanks to the creative spirit of Ballard broker, Sara Medford, our Ballard office and the contagious energy of our Windermere Foundation reps! THAT will indeed be an annual event – I think we’ll need a bigger space next year – amazing turnout. #WeAreWindermere

Today I wrapped up recording of Episode #9 of my Double Down podcast. With co-host Jordan Malloch we had a lively conversation with David Daniel (Demco) and Matthew Gardner. Topics included: what socks Matthew was wearing, the Waterfront Seattle LID, Seattle economics, Amazon and the like. Next week plan to listen in – I learned a ton today!

Spring is indeed the time of renewal! Our brand refresh is here…May 1st – yes, that is this upcoming Tuesday. Our offices are busy in getting your signage + business cards into the production line-ups.  We’ll keep you posted on arrival of the new goods! Ps, folks have asked about swag with the new “marks” – hats, gear and the like coming our way!
